This tropical spinach pineapple juice recipe is another one of my all time favorites. To get started, first you will want to wash and rinse your spinach and pineapple under cold tap water. Next take out a very sharp medium length kitchen knife, and remove the outer skin and inner core of the pineapple. You might want to wear latex gloves when cutting your pineapple, as the fruit contains bromelain, an enzyme that naturally breaks down protein and can slightly aggravate your skin. Next cut your pineapple into pieces that will comfortably fit into your juice machine entrance. Moving along, next remove the top off a young Thai coconut, making sure not to get outer coconut skin into the inner water or coconut milk. Now that you are ready to roll, juice all of your pineapple and spinach with your juicer. Once you are done juicing, pour the coconut milk or coconut water into the finished juices, and thoroughly stir the juice together so that the flavor is nice and consistent. Don't add any coconut meat to the beverage, leave that aside for a smoothie or separate vegan recipe. Now that this juice is finished, drink it at room temperature straight from the juicer, as chilling it in the refrigerator or with ice can deactivate it's natural healthy enzyme spectrum, components which are very healthy if consumed while active and live.
