To begin, first you will want to thoroughly wash and rinse all of your garden fresh produce. Next you will want to set up your juice machine, and then plug it in. Make sure that you have a large juice collection container underneath the juice spout. Finally you will want to turn on the machine, and then run through it the garden grown raw spinach, Scotch Bonnet Habanero chili, and fresh green apple. Once your juice has been made, take out a long swizzle stick or a teaspoon, and then briskly stir the liquids together so that the hot flavor is even. This is a very healthy juice drink, especially to improve your circulation. If you are intolerant to hot or spicy foods, then you should only use a small chili piece, instead of the whole thing.
