Many thanks to Andy from Buffalo New York for allowing us to publish his fast spinach juice preparation recipe. To get started, first you will need to thoroughly wash and rinse your spinach and lemon under lukewarm running tap water. Next take out your juice machine, and give it a quick once over to make sure it's free from any dirt or debris. Moving right along, next place a juice collection container underneath the spout, turn the machine on, and then feed all of the spinach through it. Next feed the whole lemon through the juicer. Once you have about a pint size amount of juice, pour it into a drinking glass. Finally you will want to stir in one teaspoon of organic bees honey, making sure it's fully dissolved in the juice. The whole preparation process should take no less than five minutes to complete, and maybe another five minutes to wash the juice machine. So in total ten full minutes spent on absolute body health, not a bad investment if you ask me.
