I would like to send out a warm thank you to Matt from Christchurch New Zealand, who was cool enough to send me this frozen spinach juice recipe. The first thing that should be noted about this recipe, is that it does not call for frozen spinach that you would buy at the store. If you buy frozen spinach at the store and juice it after it's thawed, you're going to get a glass full of chemicals with a plastic flavor. This recipe is only to be used with your own home grown organic spinach that you have frozen yourself. To get started, first you will need to let your frozen spinach thaw out. Shake the excess water from the leaves, then run it through your juice machine, along with the peeled lemon. Once you are done making the juice, stir in a teaspoon of organic bees honey, just to sweeten the flavor. I generally don't recommend frozen spinach based juice, however if organic spinach is used, then I think you'll find that it tastes quite nice indeed.
