You will then want to add the spinach into the warm or hot water, and let it sit there until it becomes really soft. Next drain the water from the spinach then place it into your blender, along with the vanilla soy milk, large peeled ripened bananas, and soaked almonds. With regard to the almonds, you will want to have soaked them in water for at least six to eight hours. Once all of these ingredients are in the blender, place a lid on it, and then pulse the machine for about two to three minutes, or until the liquids are totally smooth and even.
