This is a recipe I recently created, and it was absolutely delicious. To begin you will first need to thoroughly wash and rinse your spinach under cool running tap water, making sure that you clean between each leaf. Once your spinach is clean and sterile, take out your juice machine and plug it in. Place a tall highball drink glass under your juice spout, and begin feeding your spinach through the juicer. Once your glass is about three quarters of the way full, turn off your machine. Next pour the single cup of soy milk into the juice glass, and then vigorously mix it together using a swizzle stick or teaspoon. Once you have a smooth and creamy juice mixture, you are ready to consume it. Feel free to play with the proportions of this recipe, as they are very flexible.
