This unique spinach juice protein shake recipe was sent in to us from Mark of Chicago Illinois. To get started, first you will want to setup your juice machine. Turn the machine on, then run enough fresh sterile spinach through it to yield about a pint size glass of juice. Once you have your fresh creamy spinach juice made, pour it into a blender, along with the crushed ice and vanilla protein powder. You will then want to place a lid on the blender, and then pulse the ingredients together for about a minute, or until it reaches a desired consistency. I like my protein shakes pretty thick, but if you like yours to be thinner, then simply add into the blender coconut water from one or two young coconuts.
