Brandon from Seattle Washington submitted this spinach elderberry juice recipe for publishing on our site. To get started, first you will want to thoroughly wash and rinse your spinach and elderberries under cool running tap water. Make sure that you remove all of the stems and leaves from the elderberries, as they can be quite toxic. You will then want to setup your juicer, and then juice the spinach. Moving along, you will then want to manually juice your elderberries with a juice press. Do not juice the elderberries with your juicer, as the seeds can be toxic. Using a nutmilk bag, strain your elderberry juice into the already made spinach juice, making sure that you weed out all of the seeds. Finally you will want to rapidly stir the two juices together, so that the flavor and color is consistent. Do be cautious when preparing this recipe, as elderberries are extremely healthy, but their stems, leaves, and seeds can be highly toxic, and make you sick.
