Do make sure that the juicer is clean and sterile, and that there is no debris inside of the machine. For step two, please wash and rinse all of your produce. You can use a safe sanitizer spray on the veggies if they are not locally grown. Once your produce is ready, turn your juicer on, and then feed through it the raw fresh organic spinach, organic tomatoes, organic carrot, medium size Vidalia onion, fresh garlic cloves, and large fresh celery stalks. Once your juice collection container has enough liquid in it, turn the machine off, and then stir the juice very well. You can then either serve the juice immediately at room temperature, or you can chill it in the refrigerator for about half an hour, and drink it cold.
