Make sure that you thoroughly clean your spinach, as it does grow close to the soil. With regard to the plums, remove the pits inside of them before running them through the juicer, as the pits could break the machine. Once your produce is ready, setup your juice machine, turn it on, and then begin running the spinach, plums, and carrots through it. Once you have enough juice, you will then want to give the liquids a few quick brisk stirs, just to make sure that the flavor is even and uniform. As an optional preparation method, try replacing the carrots with baby carrots instead, as this will add some extra sweetness to the beverage.
