This awesome raw spinach dandelion juice recipe was given to me by Sinead of Cheyenne Wyoming. For the first step, you will need to pick one single bunch of dandelion leaves. Be sure to only get the leaves, you don't want to juice the flower portion of the plant. Next you will want to clean and rinse your produce, and then peel your carrots and lemon. You are now ready to start juicing, so setup your machine, and then turn it on. Run through the machine the raw organic spinach, garden fresh dandelion leaves, fresh chunk of ginger, fresh organic carrots, and large whole peeled lemon. Once all of your rich green juice has been made, you will then want to take out a long spoon, and then vigorously stir the juice together. Serve it immediately, while it's fresh made. If you are gathering the dandelion leaves from a patch of land that isn't yours, then you should be very careful that the plant hasn't been sprayed with any toxic weed killer or chemicals.
