Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Sarah from Los Angeles California for submitting this wonderful apple spinach juice recipe. To get started, first you will want to thoroughly rinse and wash your produce. Do an extra good job with making sure that your spinach is sterile, as it grows close to the soil and can easily carry bacteria with it. Once your produce has been washed, setup your juice machine and then turn the unit on. Once you have a juice collector under the spout, feed all of your produce through it. Depending on how fresh your produce is, you might have to add in more spinach to get a nice large juice yield. Once you are all done juicing, stir in the lemon juice, then give your finished liquids a few stirs, as this will make sure that the flavor is even and consistent. I like to drink this juice chilled, or with a half cup of crushed ice. You can also use red apples too. Do bear in mind that nothing beats juice made from fresh picked spinach and apples.
