This coconut water spinach juice recipe is one of my all time favorites. To get started, first you will need to plug in your juicer, and then place a juice collection container underneath the spout. Once your machine is all set up, turn it on, and then slowly feed the spinach through it. Once you have enough spinach juice, remove the top off one young coconut, and pour the coconut water into your fresh made spinach juice. Using a long spoon, give the liquids a quick few stirs, just to make sure that the juice has an even and uniform flavor. I should mention that standard matured coconut water will work with this recipe as well, however you'll notice that the coconut water yield is much larger in a young coconut. If you aren't sure where to buy a fresh healthy young coconut, then try shopping around at your local Asian market.
