Preparation Instructions:
This tart spinach mulberry juice recipe is probably another somewhat off the beaten path creation, as not many people regularly have access to mulberries. Red mulberries are native to the eastern United States, and can probably be found in stores throughout the country when they are in season. If you are on the west coast, then you might have to look around for them, as they aren't always available in large grocery chains. To begin the preparation process, please take out your juice machine and plug it in. Make sure that you have a clean juice collection container under the spout. Next you will want to wash and rinse your green spinach and fresh mulberries, making sure that you remove the tough stems from the berries. You are now ready to start juicing, so feed the fresh produce through your machine until you have an adequate volume of juice. Once the juice is finished, stir it rapidly to even out the flavor and color. If the particular batch of berries that you juiced aren't totally ripe, then your finished juice might be slightly too tart. If that is the case, then you can quickly fix this by stirring a little organic bees honey or raw organic agave nectar into your tart beverage.
