This spinach young Thai coconut juice recipe was given to us by James from London England. To get started, first you will want to wash your spinach under cold tap water. Next you will want to remove the tops off of two fresh organic young Thai coconuts. Be sure to screen out any coconut shavings that have fallen into the fruit's water or milk during the cutting process. If you aren't sure how to remove the top off of a coconut, then research the subject on YouTube, and you will be able to find several video instructional clips which will walk you through the process. Once your produce is ready to go, setup your electric juice machine, and then juice all of your spinach. Try and harvest about a liter worth of spinach juice, which will require a jumbo or large bunch of it. Once you are finished juicing, pour all of the coconut milk or water from both coconuts into the spinach juice, and stir the two liquids together until the juice is nice and even. Be sure to save the inner coconut meat for another recipe, however don't mix it into this juice. This is one of the most commonly consumed juice recipes made by raw vegans.
