Preparation Instructions:
I would like to personally thank David from Gaston Oregon for submitting this spinach wild blackberry juice recipe for publishing. As some of you are already aware, Oregon produces the best tasting blackberries in the world, and they grow naturally in the state. If you are harvesting these plump berries from the wild, then be sure that they are from a chemical free and untreated environment. To begin the juicing process, please setup your electric juicer. Next take out a metal mesh strainer and thoroughly wash and rinse your fresh organic spinach and plump wild blackberries. Next place a collection vessel under your juice spout, turn on your machine, and begin juicing your produce. Continue juicing until you have about a liter of juice. Once your juice is done being made, take out a long spoon, and rapidly stir the liquids so that your flavor is nice and uniform. This juice will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 48 hours, however do be sure to store it in a sealed jar. Before serving your refrigerated juice, be sure to shake the jar vigorously, or stir the juice very well.
