This spinach rhubarb juice recipe is quite a distance off the beaten path. Rhubarb is a very nutrient dense herb, and contains many healing properties that will benefit your kidneys, liver, skin, and digestive tract. To get this recipe started, take out your juice machine and plug it in. Next set a juice collection vessel underneath the spigot, preferably of about half a liter in size. Next you will want to wash and rinse your spinach and rhubarb stalks under cold tap water. Once your veggies are ready, turn on your machine and then run them through the juicer.
