Mike from Boulder Colorado sent us this spinach eggplant detox juice recipe for publishing. Eggplant juice is known to be a strong body cleanser, as well as a natural treatment for hypertension. To get this recipe rolling along, please set up your juice machine. If your juicer has been in storage for a while, then make sure you wipe it down with a damp cloth inside and out. Next you will want to wash and rinse your organic purple eggplant and ripe green spinach under tap water. Next take a sharp kitchen knife, and remove the thick stem from the eggplant, however leave the purple skin on the vegetable. Next cut the eggplant into small cubes or long strips, whichever is easiest for you to run through your juice machine.
