A friend of mine passed this spinach cranberry juice recipe along to me, and I must say that it was very delicious. If you are suffering from any minor kidney infections, then this yummy juice can work wonders on helping to relieve any inflammation or achiness. To get started, first you will need to thoroughly wash and rinse your spinach and cranberries under cold running tap water. I find that the easiest way to wash them is to use a metal strainer. Once your produce is ready to go, next you will want to take out your juicer and plug it in. Place a juice collection container under the spout, turn the machine on, and begin the juicing process. Once your glass is full of this potent health elixir, stir into it the single teaspoon of organic bees honey, as this will neutralize most of the tartness, and make the juice much smoother to the taste. I find that it's best to drink this spinach juice at room temperature, as the enzymes within the honey will remain active, as opposed to the chilling process which will totally deactivate them. Thank you for reading through this recipe.
