Preparation Instructions:
Mary from Odessa Texas submitted this popular Dr. Oz's spinach green juice recipe to us, as she wanted me to give it a try. I'm not familiar with Dr. Oz, however I found this juice recipe to be very delicious. To get started, thoroughly wash and rinse all of your fresh and delicious produce. Next setup your juice machine on a flat level surface. Be sure that your juicing environment is totally dry, as you don't want moisture around your machine cord. Once your produce has been washed, peel your citrus fruits, and quarter your apple. If you ginger root isn't organic, than be sure to peel off it's outer skin using a potato peeler, then rinse off the root afterwards. You are ready to get this juice rolling, so fire up the juicer, and push all of ingredients through it. It's hard to say exactly how much juice you will end up with, however if your produce is really ripe, you should get about a pints worth, give or take. Upon completing the extraction process, stir your juice very well, as to level out it's flavor. Thanks again to Mary for allowing us to try this out. I don't know who Dr. Oz is, but this person deserves a lot of credit for creating a wonderful juice recipe. Cheers, we hope you enjoyed this.
