Preparation Instructions:
Our web visitor Ben from Hollywood California emailed our staff this garden spinach raspberry juice recipe, and we all tried it and loved it. Raspberry season passes by quickly, so you'll have to stay on the ball if you intend on trying this out. To get started, please take out your electric juice machine, and set it up for juicing. Next take out a metal strainer, and wash and rinse your spinach and fresh raspberries. Once your produce has been washed, you can then begin running it through your juicer. Create as much juice as you need by simply multiplying our ingredients proportions. The finished juice will be a deep greenish burgundy color. Serve this juice straight from the juicer, chilled, or poured over crushed ice. I like to drink mine straight from the juicer, as raw fruits and veggies contain active enzymes which can be killed off once refrigerated, or poured over ice. If you find that the finished recipe isn't quite as sweet as you would like it, then simply stir in a teaspoon to a tablespoon or raw organic bees honey.
