This almond milk spinach juice recipe might sound like a Frankenstein like beverage, but it's actually one of my all time favorites. For the first step you will want to create your homemade almond milk, which is very easy to do. Soak three cups of organic shelled almonds overnight in water. The next morning, drain the water from the almonds and then place them into a blender. Next add six cups of water into your blender, and then run the machine for about two minutes. Next strain the blender contents through a nutmilk bag and into a fresh vessel. You will then want to stir into the almond milk the Celtic sea salt and raw organic honey, making sure both of these ingredients fully dissolve into the creamy liquid. Once your almond milk is finished, place a lid over the vessel and slide it into the refrigerator to chill. Next you will want to thoroughly wash and rinse your spinach, and then run it through your juicer. Make roughly half to a liter of the pure spinach juice. Once your spinach juice is finished, you can then make a beverage blend that is half spinach juice, half almond milk. Stir these two liquids together thoroughly, so that the flavor is even and consistent. If you like sweet beverages, then simply stir more honey into your individual glass, or add more to the whole almond milk batch. For me personally this is a beverage blend made in heaven, and it's extremely healthy for you. Serve it up poured over ice cubes.
